President Bush met with and called hundreds of foreign leaders during his four year presidency. A number of Memoranda of Conversations ( memoranda of face-to-face conversation or Memcons) and Telephone Conversations (memoranda of telephone conversation or Telcons) have been declassified. Additional Memcons and Telcons will be added as they are declassified.

Blank = no telcon or memcon associated with the meeting/phone call
