President Bush arrives Andrews Air Force Base where he is met by Sec. Richard Cheney, Donald B. Rice, Sec. of the U.S. Air Force and General Merrill A. Mcpeak, Chief of staff, U.S. Air Force. The Principals participate in a Classified briefing (Not photographed) and tour Strategic and Tactical Fighter Aircraft. During the Tour, the President is accompanied by members of Senate Armed Services Committee and members of Defense Subcommittee, Senate Appropriations. among those present are: Sens. Dan Coats, Arlen Specter, John Warner, Alfonse D'Amato, Thad Cochran, Strom Thurmond, Daniel Inouye, Sam Nunn, Frank Lautenberg and others. The tour includes viewing three Aircraft and One Missile, with a Test Pilot and Program Manager stationed at each Aircraft. Shows the President looking at a Stealth Fighter Airplane and sitting in the Cockpit. The President addresses members of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
