Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1991 (Public Law 102 - 28; 105 Stat. 166), I transmit herewith classified and unclassified reports on the redeployment of the forces of the Armed Forces of the United States that were deployed in the Persian Gulf area in connection with Operation Desert Storm.
