Message to the Congress Reporting Budget Deferrals

To the Congress of the United States:

In accordance with the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report two revised deferrals, now totaling .2 billion in budgetary resources. Including the revised deferrals, funds withheld in FY 1992 now total .7 billion.

The deferrals affect Funds Appropriated to the President and the Department of Agriculture. The details of the deferrals are contained in the attached reports.
