Message to the Congress Reporting a Budget Rescission

To the Congress of the United States:

In accordance with the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report one rescission proposal, totaling 5 thousand in budgetary resources.

The proposed rescission affects the Department of Energy. The details of this rescission proposal are contained in the attached report.
