I am transmitting herewith the report on bilateral and multilateral measures taken in response to the military crackdown in China in June 1989, pursuant to Title IX, subsection 902(c), of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (P.L. 101 - 246).
