This video cassette contains footage of President George Bush's State of the Union address. Cut shots show Vice President Quayle and Speaker of the House Foley. Mrs. Bush enters and raises her cane in recognition of her "broken" leg. Cabinet members enter, followed by President George Bush. President George Bush gives remarks on the Persian Gulf, turmoil in the Baltics, domestic policy, and recession. He gives an emotional tribute to the troops, and receives a standing ovation over one minute in length. Coverage continues on tapes MT1373 and MT1374.
