President George Bush meets with Midnight Basketball All-Stars League players. They discuss motivation and present endeavors. The President and All-Stars depart to the gym. The President enters the gym and is introduced. He remarks on the Midnight Basketball League and its community impact, including reducing the neighborhood crime rate by 60 percent. the President signs the proclamation and is presented with a basketball signed by the All-Stars. The President departs the room, then departs on Marine One.
