The White House Vertical File Daily Files consist of newspaper clippings. Articles from six major newspapers, the "Washington Post," the "Washington Times," the "Wall Street Journal," the "Christian Science Monitor," the "Los Angeles Times," and the "New York Times," comprise the bulk of the collection. Articles from other papers such as the "New York Post" and the "Atlanta Journal-Constitution" are also occasionally included.
