Records of the White House Office of Press Secretary (George H. W. Bush Administration)

This series contains transcripts of interviews and question-and-answer sessions given by President George H. W. Bush, Mrs. Barbara Bush, Chief of Staff John Sununu, and several other White House officials. The transcripts cover a wide range of topics including domestic issues, foreign policy, the president's programs, and the Bush family and friends. It also has some transcripts of interviews given by foreign officials such as Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze of the Soviet Union/Russia and King Hussein of Jordan. In addition, there are transcripts of round table discussions by Asian, Spanish, and Jewish groups.
