This collection consists of 58 series of subject files based on 58 broad subject classifications developed by the Office of Records Management during the Kennedy Administration to facilitate the filing and retrieval of White House records. This series contains information on the Two Forks (Colorado) Dam Project, national scenic rivers, local and national water commissions and organizations, cleanup of water pollution, the National Estuary Program, National Ocean Protection Act of 1990, river study acts, river compacts/commissions, federal water projects at the local level, the Savannah River Plant, and the Reclamation Projects Reauthorization and Adjustments Act of 1992.
