The Dallas Fed promotes a strong financial system and healthy economy in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District, which includes Texas, northern Louisiana, and southern New Mexico. Marc P. Giannoni is senior vice president and director of research. He joined the Dallas Fed in September 2017. Giannoni previously was research economist and assistant vice president in the macroeconomic and monetary studies function of the New York Fed.
