The U.S. Postal Service is honoring former President George H.W. Bush with a forever stamp and dedication ceremony on June 12, which would have been his 95th birthday. The stamp art is a portrait of Bush painted by artist Michael J. Deas and based on a 1997 photograph taken by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, according to the Postal Service. He is sun-tanned and wearing a gray suit with a power-blue dress shirt and a dark blue tie with stars.
