Memcons and Telcons

President Bush met with and called hundreds of foreign leaders during his four year presidency. A number of Memoranda of Conversations ( memoranda of face-to-face conversation or Memcons) and Telephone Conversations (memoranda of telephone conversation or Telcons) have been declassified. Additional Memcons and Telcons will be added as they are declassified.

While we work to improve the table below, users can search within the collection finding aid for dates, participants, countries, and NAIDs.

Release Status Column:
Full = total release
Partial = partial release
Denied = document withheld in full
Blank = no telcon or memcon associated with the meeting/phone call
