The majority of the material responsive to this request relates to a trip taken to Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, and Haiti by Vice President Quayle and Mrs. Quayle. There are a few additional materials relating to one other trip taken to several South American and Caribbean Countries, and one solo trip by Mrs. Quayle to Brazil. There are schedules, briefing material, event summaries, and letters detailing the activities of these trips. Included in the records are briefing book that contain event information and schedules for each stop. Also found in these records are remarks and speeches given at these events.
