The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Alphabetical Files contain articles, books, brochures, cards, envelopes, forms, identification cards, letters, memoranda, notes, papers, petitions, photographs, receipts, telegrams, and worksheets. Subjects covered include the general situation in Romania, Romanian orphans and struggles to adopt, assistance with personal issues involving Romania (healthcare, immigration, employment, etc.), "most favored nation" (MFN) trade status with Romania, economic assistance to Romania, and visa issuance. The WHORM Subject File categories contain agreements, executive orders, forms, letters, memoranda, notes, press releases, and proclamations from the general public, Congress, and the Bush administration.
