FOIA 2013-1997-F contains materials from agencies and individuals including the First Lady's Office of Scheduling which is responsible for managing the First Lady's events and travel plans; and the First Lady's Office of Projects, which oversees the First Lady's charitable and developmental endeavors. The Kim Brady Files contain correspondence from Bennett College to Barbara Bush concerning her appearance as commencement speaker for Bennett College's 1989 graduation ceremony, schedules and itineraries, programs from the ceremony, parking maps, press releases, and guest lists. The Ann Brock Files contain correspondence from Bennett College to Barbara Bush concerning her appearance as commencement speaker for Bennett College's 1989 graduation ceremony, correspondence from Mayor Terry Nussbaum, schedule notes and itineraries, programs from the ceremony and a draft of Mrs. Bush's speech. The Kathy Steffy Files contain a handwritten draft of Mrs. Bush's commencement speech. The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject Files contain letters of invitation from various organizations and institutions.
