The WHORM Subject File categories contain correspondence from Congress, citizens, and interest groups requesting that the President take action against the repressive government in Haiti and/ or provide aid and asylum to refugees, copies of newspaper articles related to events in Haiti, and memoranda and reports between the Bush Administration and Congress regarding foreign aid and relief programs for Haiti.
