Researchers should consult the archivist about related materials. FOIA 1998-0253-F contains correspondence between various individuals, mostly public officials from the national, state, and local levels of government, and the Bush administration. The vast majority of documents in this request are located in the White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject File. This correspondence was handled by the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and most often related to issues of federal funding provided to state and local government entities. Again, there was virtually no correspondence between President Bush and these officials. Read less
