The files of the Counsels Office contain documents involving his appointment as well as his move from Paris, France to the United States when he assumed his duties. The Council of Economic Advisors files contain background materials on economic reform in the Soviet Union, such as reports and draft papers, gathered in preparation for meetings on options for aid to the USSR. Mulford was a participant in these meetings. There is also a copy of a newspaper article from the Washington Post.
