FOIA 2022-0797-F contains materials from various offices and staff members within the Executive Office 2022-0797-F 2 of the President related to President Bush's designation of the 1990s as "The Decade of the Brain" in conjunction with the National Institute of Mental Health's efforts to "enhance public awareness of the benefits to be derived from brain research."
