Researchers should consult the archivist about related materials. FOIA 1999-0131-F contains materials related to the attacks at the Rome and Vienna airports in December 1999-0131-F 1 1985, the bombing of the La Belle Disco in Berlin, and the US bombing of Libya in 1986. Due to the restrictions of the Presidential Records Act and the Freedom of Information Act all decision making correspondence and memoranda have been removed, leaving approximately 400 pages of routine correspondence, press releases, routine reports, and newspaper clippings in the open file .
