This series contains correspondence from constituents, Congressmen, and organizations; fact sheets, proposed testimony, speech drafts, enrolled bills, reports, and memoranda concerning “notch babies” - people born between 1917 and 1921 who may receive lower than equitable Social Security Payments, earning limitations for Social Security recipients, the Social Security tax rate, Social Security and Gramm-Rudman, and requests for help with Social Security benefits.
