Internal correspondence relates to administrative matters, such as preparation for meetings and requests for concurrence and comments on reports, as well as the delineation the Administration's policy on 2011-1612-F 2 energy-related topics including the Clean Air Act, the National Energy Strategy, and alternative fuels.
