There are letters and drafts from previous administrations which relate agreements concerning the transfer of power from the President if a time existed in which it was needed. One set of letters is from President Reagan to the Speaker of the House and Senate President Pro Tempore from January, 1987. Also included, are papers and memos discussing the legal nature of the amendment. Finally, there are copies of printed reports and federal codes related to the amendment. Read less
