The Staff and Office Files contain memoranda, correspondence, speeches/ remarks, reports, and papers related Anthropogenic Climate Change and Bush Administration policy responses to said issue. The great majority of the records were generated by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and various United Nations bodies.
