Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs; and it’s Assistant Secretaries Richard Schifter and Patricia Diaz Dennis.
The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Alphabetical Files contain letters and
correspondence regarding the 1991 Uncommon Auction to benefit the literacy programs of Chicago
Commons Association as well as letters and referrals between Barbara Bush and the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation.
