Memoranda include standard inter-staff memos on draft organizational documents for the Citizen Democracy Corps, including guidelines, function, and structure. Memos also include routine legislative referral memos concerning foreign assistance bills, discussion drafts, and Agency for International Development Information legislation daily reports. Correspondence includes public mail in support of the Citizens Democracy Corps and standard White House staff response letters. Papers consist of "The Worldwide Trend toward Democratic Capitalism" by Michael Boskin, the 1990 Annual Report of 2013-1749-F 2 the National Endowment for Democracy, and the 1992 testimony of Secretary Baker before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
