Researchers should consult the archivist about related materials. 2000-1205-F 1 FOIA 2000-1205-F contains selected telephone conversations between President Bush and other world leaders, as well as the Cabinet Meeting held on September 4, 1991. The conversations took place on the days of August 19 (major world leaders), August 20 (Boris Yeltsin), August 21 (Yeltsin and John Major), October 8 (Yeltsin), and December 25, 1991 (Gorbachev). Most of these conversations were processed with FOIA case numbers 1999-0303-F (August Soviet Coup) and 1999-0304-F (Collapse of the Soviet Union). White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject File categories contains internal memorandum, agendas, and talking points. The Staff and Office Files contain selected telephone conversations between President Bush and other world leaders, as well as the Cabinet Meeting held on September 4, 1991. The conversations took place on the days of August 19 (major world leaders), August 20 (Boris Yeltsin), August 21 (Yeltsin and John Major), October 8 (Yeltsin), and December 25, 1991 (Gorbachev). Most of these conversations were processed with FOIA case numbers 1999-0303-F (August Soviet Coup) and 1999-0304-F (Collapse of the Soviet Union). The types of documents include internal memorandum, agendas, and talking points. A significant amount of material responsive to this FOIA is contained in the files of the National Security Council (NSC).
