The tracking and referral sheets and notes are of routine nature routing various letters of correspondence to staff members with sometimes brief descriptions of the particular topic. Letters primarily consist of non-sensitive head of state correspondence offering condolences to the United States in the wake of Hurricane Andrew. Other letters 2006-0348-F 2 come from interest groups requesting U.S. intervention and aid in Rwanda. Resumes and biographical sketches are related to members who were nominated and successfully appointed to ambassadorial positions in various African countries.
