White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject File categories contain memoranda, schedules, reports, personnel records, and correspondence related primarily to James R. Lilley and his work as attaché to Taiwan, Ambassador to China, and Assistant Secretary of Defense (International Security Affairs). The WHORM Alphabetical Files contain records related to James R.
