The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Alphabetical Files contain letters from the general public concerning U.S. policies regarding Israel, Palestine, Persian Gulf, and the Middle East Peace Conference held in Madrid, Spain in 1991. The WHORM Subject File categories contain correspondence; memoranda; news clippings; and letters from the general public, Congress, and the Bush administration.
