The collection also includes an invitation for President and Mrs. Bush to attend a reception at the Lyndon Baines Johnson 2001-2005-F 1 Library honoring the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Chase Bobbitt. There is correspondence between officials at the University of Texas and Vice President Bush concerning an invitation for the Vice President to serve as honorary co-chairman of the Steering Committee for the Walter Cronkite roast with Mrs. Johnson.
