Also included is correspondence from heads of state requesting support for various candidates to serve as U.N. Secretary General. The Report to Congress on Voting Practices in the United Nations is an annual report which examines votes taken within the U.N. over the previous year and analyses them based upon a country-by-country and regional basis.
