FOIA 2016-2775-F contains materials from administration officials and individuals including the White House Office Counsels Office and the White House Office of Personnel, concerning the Presidential Appointments of Inspectors General and other staffing matters. The White House Office of Records Management (WHORM) Subject Files contain talking points from a meeting with the United States Inspectors General. There are also memos and drafts concerning Executive Order 12805, "Integrity and Efficiency in Federal Programs." The Staff and Office Files contain correspondence and reports concerning presidential appointments and resignations. There are memos between administration officials concerning the positions which needed to be filled during the transition, as well as positions that we currently filled and not affected by the change in administrations. There are also letters of resignation and retirement from members of the various agencies, boards, committees, and commissions.
