The Staff and Office Files contain cables, memos, papers, and reports. The declassified and unclassified cables contain news articles as well as general instructions to the American Mission to the United Nations concerning peacekeeping issues. There are also declassified and unclassified memos and papers concerning topics such as participation and funding along with long term costs of participating in peacekeeping and humanitarian efforts, humanitarian relief issues, 1993 Report to Congress on Proposed Refugee Admissions for FY 1993, and copies of the UN Secretary General's report "An Agenda for Peace," as well as copies of administration officials' testimonies before Congress concerning peacekeeping.
