[Presidential Daily Diary] 2/11/1991 The day began with the President's national security and intelligence briefings. Following meetings with senior advisors, including Vice President J. Danforth Quayle, Chief of Staff John Sununu, and Charles G. "Greg" Petersmeyer, the President signed the 1991 "Economic Report of the President" and participated in a photo opportunity in the Oval Office. Meetings consumed the afternoon and regard Operation Desert Storm.
