The President received his morning intelligence and national security briefings. Following these, he met with the Reverend Robert H. Schuller and participated in a photo opportunity with the Patriots Foundation Board. Later, the President met with Vice President J. Danforth Quayle and Colin L. Powell to discuss Operation Desert Storm. In the afternoon, the President again met with his senior national security and defense advisors to discuss Operation Desert Storm.
